Attention and executive functioning challenges aren’t about trying harder

Let’s talk about what support could help.

What to Expect from an ADHD Evaluation

1

Step 1: Consultation & Planning

We begin with a thoughtful consultation to understand your concerns, your child’s school experience, and how attention or executive functioning challenges are showing up day to day. This step allows us to review background information, answer questions, and design an assessment plan tailored to your child’s needs.

2

Step 2: Assessment

We complete a comprehensive ADHD assessment using evidence-based, developmentally appropriate tools and multiple sources of information. Our focus is on understanding attention, executive functioning, and emotional regulation within the context of real-world learning demands.

3

Step 3: Results, Report & Guidance

You’ll receive a detailed ADHD assessment report with DSM-V diagnoses (as appropriate) that clearly explains findings and includes individualized recommendations. We review results with you, answer questions, and collaborate with school teams to support understanding and implementation of recommendations.
